Welcome to our home!
Gull Cottage is located in Southport Maine on Beal’s pond.  Our home offers GORGEOUS – PANORAMIC VIEWS of Beals pond.  Private canoe is available for guest use.  We often see osprey, ducks, great blue herons, beavers, chipmunks and a pet seagull named Simone.  We are a short 2.6 mile drive from downtown Boothbay Harbor and right around the corner – (walking distance) to Robinsons Wharf – The best seafood restaurant on the island.

Gull cottage is approximately 600 square feet. Downstairs is a full kitchen (no dishwasher), full bath, dining area,small living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The upstairs loft has another bedroom with a full bed. The loft is accessed by a ship’s ladder. The loft has rails but would not be considered safe for small children. The deck has a gas grill and table and chairs for outdoor dining or just relaxing and enjoying the view and the wildlife on the pond. Cable and wifi are provided.  Our home does not have a washer / dryer.  Baseboard electric heat, as well as window a/c unit (which is rarely needed).
